Investment Opportunity: 10 New Funds to be Launched- Get the Inside Scoop

NFOs of about 10 new mutual funds will open for subscription next week. NFO is a way of starting a new fund in the mutual fund world. When a mutual fund company launches a new scheme it is called NFO.

Every NFO focuses on a different theme or sector. For example, some funds focus on technology sector and some on healthcare.

The 10 new NFOs include two index funds and one sectoral fund, one dividend yield, large and mid cap, multi asset allocation, multi cap, ultra short duration and one ETF.

The two index funds – Tata Nifty 200 Alpha 30 Index Fund and Nippon India Nifty 500 Equal Weight Index Fund – will open for subscription from August 19 to September 2 and August 21 to September 4, respectively.

Sectoral Funds

The two sectoral funds – Bandhan BSE Healthcare Index Fund and Axis Consumption Fund – will open for subscription from August 21 to September 3 and August 23 to September 6, respectively.

Union Multi Asset Allocation Fund

Union Multi Asset Allocation Fund, an open-ended scheme investing in equity, debt, gold and/or silver, will open for subscription on August 20 and close on September 3.

ITI Large and Mid Cap Fund

ITI Large & Mid Cap Fund, an open-ended equity scheme investing in both large cap and mid cap stocks, will open for subscription on August 21 and close on September 4.

Baroda BNP Paribas Dividend Yield Fund

Baroda BNP Paribas Dividend Yield Fund, an open-ended equity scheme that invests primarily in dividend-paying stocks, will open for subscription on August 22 and close on September 5.

Grow Nifty India Defense ETF

Grow Nifty India Defense ETF, an open-ended scheme tracking Nifty India Defense Index – TRI, will open for subscription on August 22 and close on September 5.

PGIM India Multi Cap Fund

PGIM India Multi Cap Fund, an open-ended equity scheme investing in large cap, mid cap, small cap stocks, will open for subscription on August 22 and close on September 5.

Franklin India Ultra Short Duration Fund

Franklin India Ultra Short Duration Fund, an open-ended ultra-short term debt scheme that invests in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between three months to six months, will open for subscription on August 19 and close on August 28. Will be done.
